These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Green Valley Care FL LLC, including our website, booking form, and SMS communications. By submitting a service request or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms.
Green Valley Care FL LLC provides lawn care, landscaping, and property maintenance services to residential and commercial clients throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties in Florida.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages including service confirmations, reminders, completion notifications, and customer care messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out reply STOP. To get help reply HELP or contact us at (305) 748-8859 or Info@greenvalleycarefl.com. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee service until confirmed by a representative. Scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions.
Payment terms are established at the time of service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee as specified in your service agreement.
Green Valley Care FL LLC is licensed and insured in the State of Florida. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the services performed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
